Message	go with as much lift with the hydraulic lifter cams. I have the Tomei with the 10.5 mm lift. They do effect the idle. However I feel it's more impressive to have a car that idles well and still kicks ass than a car that idles like a built domestic and doesn't do anything that impressive.
